10H Snap-Action Capillary Control The 10H series temperature control was developed to sense hot spots along the length of electric baseboard heaters. The snap-action design provides high–speed contact separation resulting in excellent life cycle characteristics at electrical loads up to 25 amps at 277VAC. Typical applications include electric baseboard heaters and other applications where it is necessary to sense temperatures along a continuous length.

10RS Snap–Action Radiant Control The 10RS auto-reset bimetal radiant sensor from Therm–O–Disc® offers proven reliability in a specialized and cost-effective design for electrical loads up to 5.75 amps at 120 VAC. The CSA certified 10RS is most commonly used in hot surface ignition applications, such as gas clothes dryers.

30M Manual Reset Bimetal Motor Protector The 30M manual reset motor protector from Therm–O–Disc® offers accurate and reliable protection against hazardous overheating in single-phase/single voltage A/C motors. Provided in a compact, versatile, cost-effective design the snap-action of the bimetal disc provides high–speed contact separation resulting in excellent life cycle characteristics at electrical loads up to 50 amps locked rotor at 120VAC, and 37 amps locked rotor at 240VAC. The most common application is garbage disposers.

12S, 14S, and 15S Sequencers Combining a solid-state PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heater with bimetal disc actuated contacts to provide time-delayed electrical switching.  The snap-action design provides high-speed contact separation resulting in an excellent life cycle at up to 30A at 240VAC. The 12S is a single disc device (either one or two pole). The 14S uses two bimetal discs to provide two independent timings. The 15S consists of one control mounted on a common baseplate. Typical applications include electric furnaces, gas unit heaters, and other applications where a time delay is required.

75TF Snap-Action Bimetal Control The 75TF line of temperature controls combines automatic reset and single operation in one unique switch design. Two independent switch mechanisms, in electric series, provide primary and secondary temperature sensing at electrical loads up to 25 amps at 240VAC. The 75TF is a viable alternative in applications where space prohibits two separate sensing devices.
